Generator Components

Most of our key components are derivatives of what nutritionists and fitness experts refer to as amino acids, brain food or metabolic energizers.

Acetyl L-Carnitine
Acetyl L-Carnitine boosts energy by stimulating the body's ability to burning of triglycerides (fat) as fuel, ultimately boosting stamina and endurance. By burning more fat and providing increased energy to the muscles, Acetyl L-Carnitine makes accessible an otherwise unavailable energy source. Acetyl L-Carnitine is found in avocados, dairy products and red meats.

B5 or Pantothenic Acid
The body uses pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, to break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats for energy.

B6
Certain cereals, bananas, potatoes, chicken, trout and sunflower seeds contain vitamin B6. It is required by more than 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism. It is also essential for red blood cell metabolism. The nervous and immune systems need vitamin B6 to function efficiently.

B12
Vitamin B12 helps maintain healthy nerve cells red blood cells. It is also needed to help make DNA, the genetic material in all human cells. Vitamin B12 is found in fish, meat, poultry, eggs and milk.

Beta-Alanine
Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid.  The greatest natural dietary sources of Beta-Alanine are protein rich foods such as chicken, beef, pork and fish. Beta-Alanine is reported to increase muscular strength and output, increase anaerobic and aerobic endurance, and delay muscle fatigue allowing longer participation in physical activities.

Caffeine
Caffeine is a mild stimulant to the central nervous system than words off drowsiness and restores alertness. Caffeine is found in coffee beans, as well as the kola nut, tea leaves, the guarana berry and certain fruits. It is one of the world’s most widely consumed stimulants and is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration as a Safe Food Substance.

Glucuronolactone
Glucuronolactone is a naturally occurring metabolite of glucose (sugar). Various Studies show that Glucuronolactone provides an instant energy boost, helps to remove harmful toxins from the body and improve alertness and reaction time.

Inositol
Inositol is a naturally occurring nutrient that plays a major role in preventing the collection of fats in the liver, as well as promoting healthy hair growth. The presence of the nutrient also aids in efficient processing of nutrients into the conversion of energy, which in turn helps the body to maintain a healthy metabolism. Inositol also can be considered brain food, and is found in certain high bran cereals, red beans, kidney beans, are oranges and cantaloupes.

Niacin
Niacin is actually a B vitamin, specifically vitamin B-3. It is used by the human body to convert carbohydrates into sugar (glucose), which in turn is used for energy. Niacin also helps keep your nervous system, digestive system, skin, hair and eyes healthy.  Niacin is found in many foods, including dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, nuts and eggs

L-Arginine
L-Arginine is an amino acid that has numerous functions in the body. It helps the body get rid of ammonia (a waste product), is used to make nitric oxide, a compound in the body that relaxes blood vessels. L-Arginine is also involved in protein formation. Food sources of L-arginine include plant and animal proteins, such as dairy products, meat, poultry, fish, and nuts.

L-Phenylalanine
L-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid, meaning that we need it for life and our bodies can't manufacture it from other chemicals. It is found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy products, and beans. It is believed to be a natural mood elevator.

N-Acetyl L Tyrosine
N-Acetyl L Tyrosine, is not an essential amino acid and is converted into dopamine, a natural mood enhancer. It is believed to be most effective and increase alertness when used in combination with L Phenylalanine.  N-Acetyl L Tyrosine is a naturally occurring substance in the human body.

Panax Ginseng
Panax (Asian) Ginseng is one of the most commonly used varieties of Ginseng. It is a root native to China, Korea, and Russia and has been used by numerous cultures to combat weakness and fatigue. Certain studies have concluded that Panax Ginseng improves physical and mental performance as well.

Taurine
Taurine is an amino acid. Taurine supports neurological development and helps regulate the level of water and mineral salts in the blood. Taurine is also thought to have antioxidant properties. Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and breast milk, and it's commonly available as a dietary supplement. Some studies suggest that Taurine supplementation may improve athletic performance.
